Once I order my Volta 500, how long will delivery take?
We aim to get your Volta 500 to you as quickly as possible. We rely on couriers for deliveries but you should receive your Volta 500 within 10 working days from acceptance of your order depending on the delivery address.
What happens if my Volta 500 stops working?
Maintenance and upkeep of your Volta 500 is our responsibility. If there are any faults Stage Zero will arrange for the replacement of your device.
What do you mean by life time warranty for the Volta 500?
Because we manage the system for you, we are responsible for making sure the device works. If it stops working we replace it at our cost.
The Volta 500 always remains the property of Stage Zero. Once your contract expires, you may either choose to renew your contract for an extended period or to cancel your existing contract.
How does Stage Zero's return policy work for the Volta 500?
Our courier company will arrange to come and collect your device from you. Also refer to our Cancellation and Returns policy
What is included in the Volta 500 box?
Your Volta 500, its cables, adapters, and power cables. The user manual can be downloaded from the customer portal and is also shared via email.
Does the Volta 500 need to be completely flat before charging again or can I keep it plugged in to charge when I have power?
You can keep it charging when you have power.
Why does the Volta 500 have more Wh than the Volta 700X?
The Volta 500 has a capacity of 1,280wh and the Volta 700x has only 537wh. This is due to the fact that the Volta 500 actually has a bigger battery than the 700 and therefore will run longer.
Does the Volta 500 show battery life?
No, however, the device will start “beeping” when the battery is running low.

Yes, a cancellation fee of R650 incl. VAT will be payable as well as courier fees for the return of the Volta 500 to Stage Zero.
If you renew your contract and we identify a problem with your Volta 500, we will replace it. If not, your device may remain with you, until the agreement is cancelled.
Your Volta device will automatically take over and provide electricity to the connected devices
